Delay to Notes for Azed 2,576
Apparently the Guardian has ‘mislaid’ the PDF of Azed 2,576.
We can only hope that it will arrive on Monday.
Update: The puzzle is available via the link that Blake gives below, and the notes can be found here.

I completed this one earlier as I had the paper version. Whilst waiting for your thoughts, 2,576 is a plain puzzle but I have been expecting a special as the last one was 2,566 back in August. Is such a long gap between specials unusual? There’s 8 weeks until the Christmas special so maybe there’ll be one next week?
HI Steve
I did a quick check on the andlit.org.uk list of online puzzles (http://www.andlit.org.uk/azed/puzzles.php). The longest sequence of ‘plains’ in the last 15 years was 14 in 2018, but that was very unusual; 9 or10 is generally the upper limit. In 2015 Azed gave us 9 specials (5 comp/4 non-comp), but since then there have been only 7 or 8 per year, with at least 4 competition specials every year except 2021. This year we have had 5 specials, so apart from the Christmas one I should think there will be one more, perhaps either next week or for the November comp. Of the usual suspects, there has not been a ‘Wrong Number’ since 2018, so that could be a reasonable bet.
